JOB TITLE: ROOM LEADERS
DESCRIPTION: We are looking to recruit an enthusiatic, self motviated Room Leader for our Toddler Room at Upper Grove Street, Leamington Spa. Room leaders support the Management team in the day to day running of the 140 place children’s day nursery. The nursery offers full day care for children aged from birth to 5 years of age, between the hours of 7.30am – 6.30pm. Flexibilty and good time management is key to this role. You must hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Childcare and have at least 1 years expereince in a leadership role. You must have experience with dealing with staffing / performance issues, vetting and recruitment, health and safety, Ofsted and other external agencies. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have a professional yet approachable leadership style. You will need to have a firm understanding and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Welfare Requirements and how these are put into practice.      Salary will be dependent on experience.

JOB TITLE: CASUAL STAFF
DESCRIPTION: We are always on the look out for staff members to join the teams, to help cover staff absence. We would love to hear from you, if you have spare time each week and have a passion to work with children from 3 months to 5 years. Qualifications are not needed for this role, just a general love for having fun!!!! Full Training will be provided.

JOB TITLE: NURSERY NURSES & ASSISTANTS
DESCRIPTION: We are looking to recruit full time qualified (Level 2 +) and unqualified practitioners. We would love to hear from you if you can work as part of a team, organise activities and interact closely with young children – you may be able to join a team that is dedicated to providing a high standard of care to children aged between 3mths – 5yrs. A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential as full induction training will be given and NVQ training can also be provided. Successful applicants must undertake an enhanced criminal record check and provide suitable references. Salary will be dependent on experience and level of qualification.
